She was the star attraction of the Victoria’s Secret catwalk for seven years.

But since hanging up her Angel wings in 2007, Gisele Bundchen has been free to slip into whatever lingerie she wishes.

And now the supermodel has launched her very own collection, for Brazilian company Hope, which she premiered on the catwalk last night.

The stunning 30-year-old strutted the catwalk in Sao Paulo last night to show off the collection,named Gisele Bundchen Intimates.

She modelled a blush pink satin and lace set which she teamed with a pair of nude platform heels, tassels and sheer sleeves with crystal embellishment.

Gisele’s flat stomach, muscular calves and pert thighs were on display for the audience - proving exactly why she has been named by Forbes as the world’s highest-earning model for eight years running.

She also appeared in a skimpy black set with sheer panelling, and another black sequinned number.

Large satin and sequinned bows and enormous feather headdresses adorned Gisele and the handful of other models walking in the show.

Gisele said in a statement before the display: ’Life is made of dreams and I’m very happy to announce that now you will know the Brazilian intimate.

’My dream come true is for Hope. With you, Gisele Bundchen Brazilian Intimate. Enjoy the show.’

One person who may be irritated by Miss Bundchen’s choice in name for the collection is Elle Macpherson, who has built an empire out of her own Elle Macpherson Intimates range.

The Australian supermodel famously fell out with Heidi Klum over the use of Elle’s nickname ’The Body’ in 2006.

Klum referred to herself as ’The Body’ in an advertisement for a Victoria’s Secret bra of the same name.

Elle has traded on the nickname, even using it for products such as a fitness video and skin-care line, since 1986 when Time magazine put her on the cover with the moniker.

The Project Runway star opted for a dramatic strapless dress which featured a hoopskirt covered in tulle and a silver mask with feathered detailing.

She had clearly decided to go for theatrics over comfort and at one point, she was spotted hitching up the skirt to reveal pull-up stockings and her underwear while she walked around the grounds.

The ad sees the 22-year-old posing with her arms above her head in a leopard print Miraculous Multi-way Push-up Bandeau Top and matching bottoms on the Victoria’s Secret website.

Miss Swanepoel drew gasps from onlookers when she modelled the label’s new range of swimwear with fellow Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima last month.

Her thin legs, concave stomach and slim jawline were noticeably different from the fuller figure she exhibited in the Victoria’s Secret Valentine’s Day campaign, which was released in January.

In an attempt to hush rumours about unhealthy weight loss, she told the New York Daily News: ’I am healthy and happy.’

It is not the first time Victoria’s Secret has been caught out for aggressive retouching. Just last month, retouchers appeared to have airbrushed out large parts of a model’s thighs.

The beauty, who wore a bright blue linen beach romper, was pictured with unnaturally thin legs in a picture posted on the company’s website.

Victoria’s Secret came under fire for another Photoshop blunder last year after model Marisa Miller’s arm was removed in the digital retouching process.

The lingerie retailer was once famous for choosing curvy models to advertise their swimwear, legendary supermodels Heidi Klum, Naomi Campbell and Tyra Banks having catwalked for the brand.

Recently, however, it has been criticised from shifting away from the fuller figures that made the brand so famous in favour of super-slim girls.

Last year, the company was in hot water after a 2010 shoot in St Barts revealed a strikingly skinny Alessandra Ambrosio modelling the label’s swimwear with her pelvic bones and ribs protruding just a year-and-a-half after having her baby Anja.
