Toni Gonzaga's BF Now Ready to Marry Her

Actress-television host Toni Gonzaga’s boyfriend of 4 years, director Paul Soriano, is now ready to settle down.

However, Soriano still needs to wait 3 years before he can wed Gonzaga for the 27-year-old TV host is still not prepared to take the plunge just yet.

“If she wants 3 years, then it’s 3 years. I have to wait. I've prayed every night, you know, that she's the one that I spend the rest of my life [with]. I think we've invested 4 years of our life together through the tough times, the good times. And we’re still here together, happy as ever. So, definitely I prayed that 3 years later, it’s us. And if she says 3 years, then I'll wait 3 years. Siya ang boss,” he told “The Buzz.”

If Gonzaga wants to get married in Taytay, then the ceremony will be held there, he said. What’s important, he said, is that Gonzaga is happy.

“Just tell me what time, where, I'll show up. I mean, for me, the wedding talaga is about her. It’s about, you know, it’s about the lady, 'di ba? It’s about Toni, what she wants and what she wants to do. Of course me, I'll just be there,” he added.

Soriano disputed reports that he is already building a house for her, but “that’s something definitely in my future plans.”

When sought for reaction, Gonzaga said in jest: “If I am the boss then he is the utility. (Laughs). Sunod lang ng sunod kasi.. Go lang ng go.”

Gonzaga said she is not yet ready to tie the knot because she is still enjoying “everything that’s been happening right now.” She said she is happy that Soriano respects her wishes.

“Kapag naging asawa na niya ako, if ever in the future, I will make sure that I will put his happiness first. Kasi in my entire relationship with him, laging my happiness, my happiness, my happiness. So sabi ko sa kanya, ‘If God will permit na we will end up together, I promise that I will put your happiness first,'” she said.

Actress and television host Toni Gonzaga has proven that all is well between her and the new Box Office Queen Ai-Ai Delas Alas.

On Sunday, Gonzaga approached Delas Alas after the latter’s “The Buzz” interview.

“Kasi ayaw ko na magkaroon ng issue. Kaya nilapitan ko si Ate Ai-ai. Kasi parang ginawan kami ng issue ni Ate Ai-ai eh wala naman talaga. Sabi ko Ate Ai, congrats. Tapos masaya siya,” Gonzaga told “Showbiz News Ngayon.”

She said she does not have any reason to be sad even if she did not get the title because she has been blessed with a lot of projects. Gonzaga revealed that what’s more important is the joy that she is able to share with the viewers.

“Na-realize ko na ang buhay ng isang artista, hindi mo mame-measure sa mga parangal na ibinibigay sa iyo ng tao. You measure it with the love that you give to your audience, the sincerity, and how many lives you can touch,” she said.

“At the end of the day, ang isang bagay po, hindi kailangan pag-agawan. Masaya lang ako na kahit papaano, may mga opportunities pa rin na ibinibigay sa akin. Masaya na ako doon,” she added.

The Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation's Box Office Queen title became controversial after reports surfaced that supporters and the mother of Gonzaga allegedly appealed that the TV host be included in the list of those being considered for the award.

The foundation recently named Delas Alas as the Box Office Queen of 2010.

Toni Gonzaga Ignores Showbiz Intrigues

Following her series of television projects, TV host and actress Toni Gonzaga is now hunted by numerous intrigues.

On Wednesday, Gonzaga shrugged off rumors accusing her of being an "ingrate" after she decided to endorse a new beauty clinic.

In an interview with “Showbiz News Ngayon,” Gonzaga belied the report, saying all was properly ironed out concerning this matter.

“Hindi naman. Naayos naman na. Maayos naman lahat. I guess in this business, we run around circles. Wala talaga tayong mga dapat pagtaniman ng hinanakit. Maayos po lahat, huwag na lang nating gawing issue,” she said.

She also addressed the box-office controversy.

It was previously reported that the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation was eyeing Ai-ai Delas Alas, Vic Sotto and Bong Revilla to be the box office king and queen of 2010.

Gonzaga’s mom and supporters allegedly appealed that the actress be included in the list of people being considered for the award.

Gonzaga revealed that it doesn’t really matter whether she will be given the recognition.

The actress said what matters is the overwhelming support given by her fans for her movie “My Amnesia Girl.”

She said she was already humbled by the fans' support.

“Hindi ko na iniisip iyan sa ngayon eh. Kasi kung para sa iyo ang isang bagay, para sa ‘yo. Kung hindi para sa iyo, life will stil l go on. Hindi natin kailangan pagtuunan ng ganoong halaga ang mga bagay na hindi pa tayo sigurado,” she explained.

Toni Gonzaga Denies Secret Marriage

Toni Gonzaga denied talks that she will secretly marry her longtime boyfriend, director Paul Soriano.

Report has it that Gonzaga and her sweetheart are set to exchange 'I dos' in an undisclosed church in Tagaytay this coming May.

In a text message sent to “Showbiz News Ngayon,” Gonzaga stressed that there is no truth to the said report.

"Wala, wala nga akong singsing eh. Hindi totoo 'yan. Pero siyempre nakakatuwa na 'yung ibang tao 'yun ang iniisip nila, [na] dito papunta ang lahat. 'Yun din naman ang pinagdarasal natin," she said.

Gonzaga and Soriano have been going steady for 4 years now.

In previous interviews, Gonzaga said that she's not yet ready to tie the knot . She said that her ideal time to settle down is three years from now.

Soriano, on the other hand, expressed his desire to marry Gonzaga someday .

Toni Gonzaga And Eugene Domingo To Star In A Comedy Film

Star Cinema is once again gearing for another hit comedy movie this 2011, with comedian Eugene Domingo and romantic comedy princess Toni Gonzaga topbilling it.

Talking to “Showbiz News Ngayon” on Wednesday, Gonzaga shared her excitement for this upcoming movie.

“Alam ko kung gaano kahusay si Ate Uge (Domingo). I’m really excited dahil marami akong matututunan sa kanya,” she said.

Domingo, on the other hand, said she is really looking forward to be working with Gonzaga again after 5 years.

“Nakakatuwa na after ilang years, makakasama ko ulit si Toni. [Si] Toni Gonzaga ang isa sa mga hinahangaan natin na ang dami daming kayang gawin. Alam mong napakasayang tao. I’m really looking forward to working with her, being with her,” said Domingo.

Gonzaga and Domingo first worked together in 2006 in the movie, “You are the One.”

Actor Wendell Ramos is also joining them in the upcoming movie. “I’m excited and I’m honored na of course after noong so many years, nakapagwork ako [ulit] dito sa Star Cinema,” he said.

The movie will be in the hands of veteran director Jose Javier Reyes.

“I’m having really good vibes that this is going to be a lot of fun. At ang isang kasiyahan niyan ay ang tagal tagal ko nang nakakatrabaho si Uge but this is the first time na makakatrabaho ko si Toni Gonzaga,” said Reyes.

Toni Denies Ignoring Fan

MANILA, Philippines – Television host Toni Gonzaga has denied rumors claiming she intentionally snubbed a fan who approached her for a photo.

During the grand press conference of the upcoming show “Happy Yipee Yehey,” Gonzaga said that she never says no to anybody who wishes to have a picture taken with her.

“Hindi naman ako nagsasalita ng ayaw ko. Kung sasabihin ko man na ayaw ko, ang sasabihin ko pasensiya na po. Hindi po ako nagsasabi ng ayaw ko sa mga nagpapa-picture,” she said,

Gonzaga acknowledged that she will never be able to please everyone.

“Hindi na po natin maiiwasan iyan na ang mga tao may masasabi sa atin kasi hindi naman talaga natin mapi-please lahat,” said Gonzaga.

The TV host, however, apologized for inevitable instances wherein celebrities like her are in a rush and won’t be able to entertain everyone.

“Kahit anong try natin na i-accommodate lahat, mayroon at mayroon talaga tayo minsang hindi ma-a-accomodate. Hindi naman po sa nagsusuplada o nagtataray dahil minsan sa oras, hindi po intensyon ‘yon,” she said.
