Music Management International, the producer of Justin Bieber's "My World Tour: Justin Bieber LIVE in Manila," confirmed Miley's Mall of Asia concert to Yahoo! OMG Philippines over the phone on Tuesday, March 29.

The buzz spread like wildfire after Ruffa Gutierrez tweeted that Miley Cyrus will be having a concert here.
