Running along the beach in her workout gear, Kourtney Kardasian’s figure could be that of an athlete.

The reality star’s healthy curves look trim and toned as she races along the sand, her brunette hair flying out behind her.

As Shape magazine’s cover girl, Kourtney has revealed how she got her figure back after giving birth to her son Mason.

The 32-year-old told the magazine she wanted to inspire other new mothers who were feeling overwhelmed at the thought of restarting their exercise routines.

’I’m proof that even after having a baby you can look better and sexier than ever,’ she told Shape.

Kourtney, mother to 18 month-old Mason, explained that she began exercising as a young girl.

’My family has always been into exercise,’ she said. ’My dad [Robert Kardashian] used to tape episodes of Seinfeld and Friends and watch them while he was on the treadmill.’

Once her mother married former Olympian Bruce Jenner the good influence continued, with Kourtney and sister Kim being encouraged to take martial arts classes.

Now, as a new mother, Kourtney has resorted to her old routine of running to get in shape.

’I tried working out at the gym in our New York City hotel, which was boring, and I took bootcamp classes with Kim, but they’re just not for me,’ she explained.

’Know when is the right time for your workout and commit to doing it, she advised.

’For me, I have to get up at 7am every day, before everyone else, leave Mason in bed with Scott, and go for a run.

’Thirty minutes of cardio is right outside my door.’

Having started eating healthily during pregnancy, Kourtney has kept up the habit.

She now eats lots of fruit and vegetables, ordering healthy side dishes like spinach and carrots in restaurants.

’It wasn’t just because it’s good for me, I’ve discovered I really like eating that way,’ she explained.

Wearing just a pair of thigh-high boots and bunny ears, Lizzy Jagger smiles seductively into the camera.

And the shoot itself is quite a feat, because despite her father’s hellraising reputation and her mother being a former cover girl, Miss Jagger was once banned from being in the magazine.

But now Sir Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall have given their grudging approval as their eldest daughter reveals (almost) all in a nude photoshoot.

Rolling Stone Sir Mick – notorious for his own rock’n’roll lifestyle – stopped his daughter from appearing in the magazine six years ago.

And although he has now changed his tune, it remains to be seen how happy he will be that the 27-year-old is on the front of the June edition, wearing only a sarong, under the somewhat seedy headline: ‘Satisfaction: Lizzy Jagger, between the sheets with Mick’s daughter.’

The cover also uses the Stones’s trademark red lips logo.

Inside, Miss Jagger does, however, preserve some dignity by being seen only topless.

And she can console herself that her appearance is unlikely to be as controversial as when another Jagger daughter stripped off for the camera.

Younger sister Georgia May, 19, who has won lucrative contracts with Versace and Rimmel, stunned the fashion world by posing topless to advertise U.S. jeans company Hudson when she was just 17 – and then doing it again in subsequent campaigns.

Lizzy admitted that her father had barred her from being in Playboy in 2005, when she was 21.

However, she tells the publication, which is out next Tuesday, that he and her mother – who appeared on the magazine’s cover herself in 1985 – had eventually conceded.

‘They understood that when you don’t know when you’re going to have kids, it’s nice to have wonderful pictures of your 20-something self,’ she said.

‘And at 27, I feel comfortable expressing myself through my body.’

The brunette – whose fee for the shoot is likely to have run into six figures – admitted she regretted the decision not to take up the magazine’s 2005 offer, adding: ‘I’m thinking I should do naked pictures before I have children.’

Her mother was 29 when she appeared in Playboy, a year after Miss Jagger was born.

Miss Jagger’s previous modelling work includes a Marks & Spencer campaign alongside Twiggy, Myleene Klass and Erin O’Connor.

Two years ago, she turned down a £200,000 offer to renew the contract amid reports that she wanted to pursue an acting career.

And for a moment, things looked good. Maybe Vince Vaughn wasn’t just a rebound guy after all. Sure they
seemed totally wrong for one another, but if they were getting married then clearly it’d all worked out for the best. Hooray! The dumped girl has been cured!

Lydia admits being watched by millions of viewers twice a week made her hire a personal trainer.

’Seeing yourself on screen makes you think about your body,’ she tells Closer.

’I now work out three times a week for an hour at a time and I’ve cut out the rubbish from my diet.

’I feel more confident about my body now but, like any girl, I have my hang-ups. I’ve always had problems getting a flat stomach.

It seems Miss Bright prefers the natural look, shunning the plastic surgery favoured by her co-stars.

’I’d love bigger breasts – I’m a 32B – but I’d never get a boob job as I prefer looking natural,’ she insists. ’And I don’t get why people have Botox in their 20s.’

She adds: ’I love being a size 8, but I won’t lose any more weight. Girls look better with curves – just look at Kelly Brook and Beyoncé’

Fans watched as Lydia finally ended her three-year relationship with ’Arg’ after weeks of heartbreaking deliberation in a recent episode.

Ashley Tisdale is shedding her squeaky clean Disney image with a tried and tested method - a naked photo shoot.

The High School Musical star, 25, appears in Allure magazine’s May issue as part of its new nudes shoot, which also features Kaley Cuoco, Keri Hilson and Bridget Moynahan.

’I’m 25, almost 26, but people think of me as much younger because I look young,’ she told the publication.

’Even with my tattoos, my mom went with me. The ’believe’ tattoo is because my mom always told me to believe.’

The ink, which runs down her back, is on show in the seductive black and white photograph. She has had the tattoo for several yeears.

The actress, who also appears in the cheer leading TV show Hellcats, also revealed she works hard to stay in shape.

She is at the gym six days a week, alternating between a boot-camp class, cardio, strength training, and spinning.

’I was way more excited than I ever thought I would be,’ she says. ’Which made me realize, I’m more comfortable in my own skin than I thought.’

Hilson, 28, who wrote Britney Spears’ hit Gimme More, was also eager to be laid bare.

’We do a lot of things to seek validation: I have to get more expensive handbags or fake lashes or fake boobs. This shoot was about dropping all that.’

Tisdale is busy promoting Disney’s latest High School Musical movie - the straight-to-DVD Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure.

The movie is a High School Musical spin off that follows Tisdale’s character Sharpay Evans’ life after her graduation. Sharpay travels to New York where she is pursuing a Broadway career, but instead it’s her dog who lands an acting gig first.

Vaughn has said of the plot: ’The story that (producer) Bryan Singer came up with is very, very smart.

’It’s very clever when you see how he has integrated the characters into the time period where the film is set. I’ll put it that way.

’I just don’t want to give it away.

’It’s a very clever way of getting these characters involved in recent history, in recent world events.’

Vaughn, 39, is the husband of supermodel Claudia Schiffer.

He’s also fast becoming one of the UK’s most successful directors, with recent critically-acclaimed releases including Layer Cake, Kick-Ass and Stardust.

The much-anticipated film will hit cinema screens in July 2011.

’Matt went home that night and wrote two scenes that featured Betty.’

’I auditioned a couple of days later, and he made me a verbal promise that the character would grow. I took the part on faith - there was no script or fleshed-out character or Betty plotline.’

The actress also discussed how she personally feel towards the character that launched her to super-stardom.

’I don’t judge Betty or necessarily understand her. The audience is passionate about her. After season one they wanted her to speak out against Don and his infidelities. Then in season two, when she did, there was a huge reaction against Betty. They want her to talk - just not too much.

January, who started out her career as a model, is also starring as Emma Frost in the upcoming X Men: First Class, directed by Matthew Vaughan and due for release this summer.

But even with her rising fame, January recently complained about her Mad Men salary.

Mad Men is set to resume shooting next month and the fifth season will air at the end of the year.

Carey joins a number of pregnant stars who have posed nude while heavily pregnant. Demi Moore famously appeared naked on the cover of Vanity Fair in August 1991 while seven months pregnant with daughter Scout LaRue.

Many have copied that pose, including Christina Aguilera, who was pictured pregnant with son Max on the January 2008 cover of Marie Claire.

Carey’s twins - a boy and a girl - were clearly ready for their close-ups. She said: ’The babies were kicking almost the entire time; it was unbelievable.

’Especially the girl - clearly she’s a diva in training. We didn’t start shooting until 1:30am because I was in the hospital from the night before until the day of the shoot with contractions five minutes apart!’

Clearly, although Carey isn’t due to give birth for a few weeks, the twins could be making their entrance sooner rather than later.

The We Belong together singer suffered a scare when she was admitted to hospital last month with early contractions. But for now, she and her husband Nick Cannon are enjoying their last few days as a household of two.

Cannon said he has never been more attracted to his wife. ’I thought I couldn’t love Mariah more,” he tells Life & Style.

’But I have a whole new appreciation and admiration for her.’

However, he admitted he may come to regret stripping off for a photo shoot with his heavily pregnant wife.

The TV and radio presenter, 30, has confessed that he is already regretting the artistic photos which are due to be displayed on the walls of their family home.

’My children are going to have to see these pictures. It’s a little weird,’ he said during his Rollin’ with Nick Cannon radio show.

’It’s a little nasty,’ he continued. ’I mean, have you ever seen your parents naked?

’When they get older and their friends come over... they will see the pictures and say, "Your daddy’s butt naked".’

Carey added: ’Now I have so much respect for mothers everywhere, especially those who’ve had difficult pregnancies or given birth to multiples. We need to have Mother’s Day once a week.’

Stephanie Seymour Gets Naked In Vanity Fair

Supermodel Stephanie Seymour, who is embroiled in a bitter divorce with estranged husband Peter Brant, has taken her clothes off for Vanity Fair.

Brant is a multimillionaire businessman and polo pony breeder who is seeking sole custody of the couple's three children because, he claims, Seymour is hooked on drugs and booze and has repeatedly cheated on pee tests to hide it. He also claims his estranged wife's shopping habit costs $257,000 a month.

Seymour, 41, accuses Brant of trying to turn their children against her and ordering the domestic staff to keep her away from them. Also, there is a dispute over a Maurizio Cattelan bust of Seymour said to resemble either a hunting trophy or the figurehead on a ship's bow.
