Windows 7 Runs Slow - Six Steps to a Faster Computer in Minutes - [udah cantik imut toge pula]

If you find that Windows 7 runs slow you can take steps to fix this problem without wiping your hard drive and reinstalling Windows like many people do to fix this frustrating and annoying problem.

The first thing you need to do is to carry out some simple steps that you would normally do for routine maintenance to see if they make any difference. Then progress onto further steps if you still find Windows 7 starts up slow and runs slow.

#1 Start with the easiest task and defragment your hard drive. In case you do not know how to do this go to the Windows start button, then all programs then accessories and from there open system tools and finally disk defragmenter.

If you have not run this before it can take an hour or more to run.

What will this do?

This will organize all your files in order so Windows can access them faster. The bigger your programs the faster they will start and run.

#2 Delete all your temporary files and compress what you do not need.

To do this go to the Windows start button then all programs then to accessories and from there scroll to system tools. Once inside the system tools folder go to disk cleanup and select your main disk drive. Allow it to compress files you do not use often and to delete all your temporary files.
What will this do?

This will free up disk space, compress files you do not use much and will remove files that are of no use.

Once you have carried out the first two steps you need to restart your computer and see if it starts up any faster and if larger programs such as office orny games open quicker. If they do not proceed to the next step.

#3 Clear your browser history and temporary internet files.

Open internet explorer and then press the CTRL-SHIFT-DEL keys together. A box will pop up that says, delete browsing history. Select all the default options and then click on the delete tab.

What does this do?

This removes all your temporary files and history. This clears up space, removes temporary files of which some can be malicious and slow your computer right down.

#4 Disable services that you do not need.

To do this go to start and type in msconfig into the search box and then press ok. On the msconfig box that appears go to the startup tab and then disable entries you do not need to start up with Windows. If you do not know how to do this use the automatic solution listed further down. Once you have done this click the apply button and restart your computer.

What will this do?

This will remove everything that Windows does not need at startup, freeing up memory and making it quicker to start and run.

Check your computer again by seeing if it starts up quicker and if programs are opening quicker. If you are still experiencing problems proceed to the next step.

#5 Start msconfig again using the previous step. Go to the services tab, tick the box " hide microsoft services". Disable entries from here you do not need to run. Again if you are not sure what to do here use the automatic solution.

Restart your computer once more and run through the checks listed previously to check your computers performance. If you are still having problems with Windows 7 running slow go to the next step that will run through every option for you automatically.

#6 At this point the other options are that you may have malware on your PC, the registry may contain corruption or that you may need to configure startup files and options you were unable to in previous steps. The fastest way to do this is to download and run a system scanner and optimizer. This will scan through all your system files and registry files and check for errors and help you fix this. It will then scan for any running malware and stop it. Once this is fixed it will then move onto optimizing your computer by stopping any services and start up programs you do not need and optimize Windows 7 to stop Windows 7 running slow.
