POLL: What’s the first thing you notice in a man? Posted: 19 Apr 2011 05:30 PM PDT So, this is actually kind of interesting. I was always under the impression that shoes were make or break. Same with the watch. Your timepiece was usually the way women could tell if you were a baller or lonely college boy. By the looks of it, however, we need to start focusing on the total package. Overwhelmingly, the ladies were saying they sized up men head-to-toe from the moment they saw them. What does this mean for you? You guys better start getting your ish together. Tuck in your shirts, no more baggy jeans, get a nice pair of rounded-toe shoes, less t-shirts, and no more kid’s meal watches. In the “Other” section, a handful of women noted that hair was big for them, too. So, no Bieber cuts please. Take heed of the tips that you’ve been reading about here and put them to good use. It looks like your sex life could thank you for it. Don’t worry though, as one girl pointed out (see below), sometimes all you need is a wink and a smile. I’d say general composure but since most of that is usually a front anyway I admit I’m a sucker for a charming smile Good luck dudes!

The ol’ hide the ball in your glove only seems to work with kids in Little League. But this pitcher for Carson-Newman college in Tennessee pulls off the acting job of the century with this fake throw to second. Although the batter figures out what’s going on pretty quickly, he doesn’t have time to warn the base runner. And to top it off, it ended the game. The pitcher himself even admits the play might be bush league in the comments section of the YouTube video. And ps., my acting job on the mound deserves a freakin’ Oscar nomination! Bush League? …perhaps. Funny as hell? …you know it. That’s how we roll sucka. Well, at least he’s modest.

You might think wheelbarrow races are stupid. Perhaps at a backyard BBQ you’d rank them pretty low on your “list of games you could get me to play right now.” Fair enough. Not everyone’s cup of tea. But in a world where we’re giving out medals to the kids who come in dead last and amending rules to make sure everyone gets fair and equal playing time, something’s gotta be said for the athletes who still live and die by the mantra “go big or go home.” The ones who show up to your neighborhood game of badminton with their own freshly laced rackets and their sister’s knee pads, ready to take names. These kids treated this thing like it was the be-all end-all of their athletic careers. They practiced that move, made sure they had their timing right, and walked out onto that court knowing they were about to make that race their bitch. Sure, that one kid practically motorboated the other’s crotch… but winning will always trump perceived homo-eroticism, and these kids worked that angle like a boss.
