The sequins, spandex and sexy thongs left little to the audience’s imagination as the long-legged contestants strutted their stuff on the strand in Durban, South Africa. Alas there could only be three beachwear winners, and the photo above shows runner-up Miss South Africa,Tansey Coetzee (L), the winner, Miss Mexico, Espinoza Anagabriela (C) and first runner up, Miss Russia, Kseniya Sukhinova (R).
The glittering finale of the Miss World contest is on 14 December in Johannesburg.
