When The Only Way Is Essex stars Lydia and Lucy left their hotel this morning to head to the beach they made sure to grab their hats.

Miss Bright and Miss Mecklenburgh strutted along to a beach in Marbella in heels, bikinis and wide-brimmed hats but disaster struck when the wind set in.

The girls lost their composure when a gust blew them off their heads, causing Lydia and Lucy to make a quick dash to catch them.

The bikini due showed off their impeccable figures in a red two piece and a purple striped strapless number.

Lydia, 20, and Lucy, 19, yesterday danced the afternoon away at Spray party at Ocean Club in Puerto Banus, but appeared to be only interested in relaxing today.

After a whirlwind week in Marbella consisting of partying and sunbathing, today is their last day in the tourist hotspot.

Lucy wrote on her Twitter page today: ‘Last day in Marbs but excited to get bck to work on my new project with the @Little_Mistres team!!!’

Holiday over! Today is the girls’ last day in Marbella Lydia Bright and Lucy Mecklenburgh tweeted today that she will be launching a range with Little Mistress when she returns to Essex

She added: ‘See my new collections ‘lucy loves’ which will be launched 3pm today.’

Little Mistress is described online as a ‘quirky brand which was established seven years ago and sells a range of young women’s fashion clothing.

‘The brand has already developed a fantastic celebrity following with the likes of Leona Lewis, Peaches Geldof and Diana Vickers.’

The young fashion worker is among the clan of TOWIE stars who jetted to Marbella following their Bafta Television Award win the previous week.

And Lydia sparked speculation today that she might have rekindled her romance with on/off boyfriend James ’Arg’ Argent, as the two were spotted hugging each other at the Buddha Beach Bar later in the afternoon.

And as fellow ITV reality stars such as Maria Fowler, 24, and Lauren Pope, 27, have also been soaking up the sun, Mark Wright, 24, was enjoying his final holiday of freedom before getting married.

The promotions socialite has been partying with his gang of his Essex lads but yesterday their fun took a turn for the worst when Wright ended up in bed with ‘food poisoning’.

His sudden illness meant he missed out on the biggest event of the week – the champagne Spray party.

He lamented on his Twitter page: ‘Really enjoyed… been ill all day on the most important day in Marbs ruined.’

Meanwhile, his fiancée Lauren Goodger has been in Tenerife while he enjoys his stag do.

They’ve been soaking up the sunshine in Marbella since The Only Way Is Essex won a Bafta Television Award last week, and it doesn’t look like they’re about to step out of the light any time soon.

And Lydia Bright looked like she meant business when she strutted to Buddha Beach bar with Lucy Mecklenburgh in tow.

The reality TV stars kept their high heels on despite undressing down to their skimpy bikinis as they headed to the bar.

Dan, who made a name for himself on reality TV show Take Me Out, said that he didn’t enjoy the media attention surrounding his relationship with Kerry and added that he never got a chance to get to know her properly.

Kerry said after the split: ’I had a good cry, rejection is a horrible thing. I honestly believe that I will be a lonely old lady stinking of cat wee with 17 cats and that I’ll never find anybody.

’I’d been single for a year so when it came to dating someone new I was really excited,’ she said, ’ as soon as I get my hopes up, I get slapped in the chops. I do miss sex but it’s not just that - it’s having a kiss and a cuddle or lying on somebody’s chest.

’I keep thinking, does anyone ever wants me? Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn’t. In my case it never does.’

The glamour model made sure she hogged the limelight from her Only Way Is Essex pals at the Ocean Club as she put on a public display of affection with boyfriend Leandro Penna.

Wearing a tiny aquamarine bikini, the 33-year-old made sure she garnered plenty of attention from the hundreds of revellers as she recreated the iconic lift from Dirty Dancing.

The rich friends hired out a ’Super VIP Square Bed’ by the pool at the exclusive beach club, with costs 750 Euros (£650) a day and requires customers spend a minimum of 1,000 Euros (£867) on food and alcohol.

The gang were at a party organised by Sintillate - who were also hosting a night-time event at the Tibu club, where Pope was DJing later that night.

Busy Fowler had started off the day at the Buddha Beach party - where she joined TOWIE co-stars Lydia Bright and Lucy Mecklenburgh - before moving on to Ocean Club.

Price arrived in Marbella on Saturday morning after celebrating her son Harvey’s ninth birthday on Friday.
